There are pro’s and con’s to eating. It’s enjoyable, tastes good, it’s entertaining or it makes us heavy, causes disease and leads to eating disorders. One of the best things that you can do is throw out the dreaded word “Diet”! The thought of dieting (taking away food) is intimidating and actually makes many of us eat more.
This is where the Addition Rule comes in. Find the things that you like and add foods that you enjoy eating that don’t make you heavy! Remove grains and sugars from your diet.
